How do I sign up?

You can sign up by clicking the Sign Up button of your choice or scheduling a call with us.

We will discuss your goals, have you sign a contract, set up payment, and we’ll get working immediately.

What does a system mean?

Every business needs to handle new client onboardings, or scheduling, or messaging / communication, client relationships, client nurturing, or any other number of processes.

A system or process is the set of actions that needs to be done to accomplish that task.

We aim to automate or streamline (ie. remove as many human steps as possible) to enable you to focus on other things.

How do this work?

We’ll meet for a base consultation where we discuss your business and where you think you might need some help.

We’ll work collaboratively to document your current as-is process in order to understand their importance to you and your business. Oftentimes we find that there are specific reasons why an existing process exists so we aim to understand those core reasons so we can build a new system that takes those items into account.

We want to build a system that will work for you in the long term not just on day one.

Who implements the system?

It is dependent on the situation but we offer two options;

• We Implement It For You - You don’t worry about how it was done, just that it works and that you know how to use it daily. We’ll always be here to help you with any questions (monthly membership required).

• We Train You To Do It - Maybe you want to know how it works end-to-end so you don’t have to rely on us, that’s great! We’ll walk you through the whole process and we’ll still be here afterwards to help you when needed (monthly membership required).

How much does this cost?

We’ll set up an initial consultation for $299. This will cover up to 3 hours of work to understand your business processes and needs.

From there, we will create a project plan where we agree on the timeline, the goals, and the metrics to measure the project success by and set up a payment plan.

Websites

What does fully managed mean?

It means we take care of all of the technical work, upkeep, and maintenance of your website. If there is an error, a white page, a dead link, or you want to update the content, we’ve got you covered!

Why a monthly subscription?

The traditional model for Web Design is to work with a designer or agency where they work with you to design your website for a hefty fee, normally between $2,500 to $10,000. On top of that, they normally do not manage your site, leaving you to find more help or learn how to do it yourself.

With a monthly subscription we take the upfront cost of a traditional web design and split it out into 24 small easy payments. This helps finance your website for you at a 0% interest rate.

It also ensures you are getting the daily upkeep and management built in to the cost of the web site not just the design.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no strings attached!

If you cancel after 30 days but before 24 months then you will have to pay 50% of your contract.

Once your 24 months are completed, you will automatically be signed up for our $50 a month plan. You can cancel at any time once this happens without any fees or issues.

What happens after 24 months?

Your plan automatically shifts to our $50 plan which ensures your site stays live, continues to get daily upkeep, and any content updates you request.

You can cancel this plan at any time without penalty.

What is the timeline? How long until my site is ready?

Once we have a signed contract, a payment plan set up, and all of the necessary information about your business that we’ll ask for through our onboarding process such as your logos, business information (address, phone number, hours), images, services, and all other essential branding information, we will get started.

Our goal is to deliver your website within 30 days, but this depends on receiving the information above, our communication, and review and approval timeliness. We want to deliver the best website as quickly as we can so that you can begin making sales!

What if I don’t like my website?

We aim to deliver the perfect website that you are proud to show your clients. Along the way we will schedule design review sessions where we will walk through your site together, if you are not happy with something just let us know and we will work on it until you are in love.

A quick note here, our package pricing is based on the use of our tested templates which dictate layout and navigation but we always ensure to use your brand to dictate the feel and view of the site. If your asks go above and beyond our templates we will need to charge for any custom development that may be needed to satisfy your requests.
